ichelle Goodkey is one of Canada's most experienced practitioners in Indigenous and stakeholder engagement for the natural resource sector, with a 25-year track record spanning government, major pipeline companies, and independent consulting.
Her career highlights include leading Indigenous engagement for North America's first integrated PDH/PP petrochemical complex ($4.2B), building Inter Pipeline's community investment program from $500K to a $4.5M nationally recognized portfolio, and co-chairing the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association's Indigenous Affairs Working Group.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Natural Resource Management (Forestry) and a Certificate in First Nation Studies from the University of Northern British Columbia, and is currently completing Public Relations studies at the University of Calgary. She is a 2025–2026 Energy Futures Lab Fellow.
She is known for one thing above all: no project under her leadership has ever been delayed due to stakeholder or Indigenous community concerns.
